- Unworn items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. As our pieces are handcrafted, we can only provide store credit for returns. Please note that we don't offer cash refunds for change of mind or order cancellations. Thank you for your support and understanding of our small brand!
- We offer a USA address for US and Canadian returns other orders should be shipped to our studio in Chile.
- Shipping costs are your responsibility; and the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
- If your order was shipped using 'free express shipping' and the return puts your order value below $200, a $20 re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
